Senior Project Coordinator

Company Overview:

Position Overview:
In light of an internal restructuring, we are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed to provide vital support to the Projects team, as well as the Quality and Manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project management to guarantee quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, including client communication and organization of project components.
  • Handle and oversee all project modifications with clients.
  • Facilitate and lead client meetings both on-site and off-site as necessary.
  • Coordinate the creation and submission of project schedules to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the maintenance of positive labor relations within the fabrication environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate contract/project performance.
  • Ensure that client technical and quality specifications are comprehended, agreed upon, and effectively communicated to all parties involved.
  • Generate technical documentation such as Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Prepare and distribute production documentation in accordance with established processes.
  • Create comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs) using in-house ERP software to assist procurement efforts.
  • Collaborate with the projects team to procure all necessary stock and non-stock items.
  • Foster customer relationships and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Develop strong external relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party verification bodies to achieve project goals.

  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with pressure vessel fabrication processes, including welding and non-destructive testing, is advantageous.
  • Engineering qualifications at HND or degree level (or equivalent) are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pressure vessel design codes such as EN13445, ASME VIII Div 1, and PD5500 is a plus.
