About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Coordinator to join our team at Stafffinders. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our labor staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to labor staff to maintain efficient operations
  • Act as the primary client liaison, handling queries and requests while fostering strong, professional relationships
  • Oversee safety compliance, ensuring staff are informed on Health & Safety legislation and best practices
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets standards
  • Collaborate with senior management on operations and compliance, maintaining accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least two years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating strong leadership skills, effective team management, and a proven track record of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
