Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Specialist to provide high-quality, relationship-led live-in care to our clients in Inverclyde and North Ayrshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, moving and handling, social support, and domestic duties to clients in their own homes.
- Establish a strong relationship with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure continuity of care and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 2+ years of care experience is necessary.
- Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people.
- Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others.
- Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone older in their local community.
Benefits
- Excellent rate of pay - £12.60 per hour.
- 1.5 and double time for public holidays.
- Mileage contribution 28p per mile or travel contribution for non-drivers.
- Visits of 1 hour or more with every client.
