Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Clients

At Home Instead, we're committed to providing high-quality, relationship-led live-in care that makes a real difference in the lives of our clients. We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team and support our clients in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of care experience, be a good communicator, and have a passion for supporting people. They will be able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families, and provide support with personal care, moving and handling, social support, and domestic duties.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, 1.5 and double time for public holidays, mileage contribution, and industry-leading training. Our Care Professionals also have the opportunity to apply for a fully funded SVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care Qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with moving and handling, social support, and domestic duties
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
