At Home Instead, we're committed to providing high-quality, relationship-led live-in care that makes a real difference in the lives of our clients. We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team in Inverclyde and North Ayrshire.
**About the Role**
We have a lovely younger client who requires support in their own home. Our client will be moving into their own home with support from Home Instead within the next few months. They need help with personal care, moving and handling, social support, and domestic duties. We're building a team to work on a rota to establish continuity for this client, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking for long-term work.
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of care experience is necessary.
* Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people.
* Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others.
* Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone older in their local community.
**What We Offer**
As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you'll receive:
* Excellent rate of pay - £12.60 per hour.
* 1.5 and double time for public holidays.
* Mileage contribution 28p per mile or travel contribution for non-drivers.
* Visits of 1 hour or more with every client.
