We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
