We are seeking a compassionate and experienced live-in care professional to provide high-quality support to our client in their own home.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team to deliver exceptional care and companionship to our client. As a live-in care professional, you will be responsible for providing personal care and domestic support, promoting independence and individuality, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic support to our client, including assistance with daily tasks, medication, and meal preparation.
  • Liaise with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible care and support for our client.
  • Promote independence and individuality, and record daily tasks and notes on our care planning app.
  • Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with our office team and other care professionals.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive rate of pay, paid travel to and from the client's home, and a comprehensive training and support program. You will also have access to a weekly allowance from the client, a separate room to stay, and access to a TV and Wi-Fi.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in live-in care, ideally including dementia care. You must be patient, understanding, and have a calm and friendly approach. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
