We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Coordinator to join our team at Stafffinders. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our labor staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to company and client policies, providing support and guidance to maintain efficient operations.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, handling queries and requests while fostering strong, professional relationships.
  • Oversee safety compliance, keeping staff informed on Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
  • Regularly conduct quality checks to ensure work meets standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management on operations and compliance, maintain accurate records, and handle any additional tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a previous people coordinator or similar role, where you demonstrated strong leadership skills, effectively managed teams, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
