Operations Administrator

Maxwell Consultancy are working closely with an established Manufacturer in their search for an Operations Administrator. This is a full time, permanent position working in their state of the art facility in Inverclyde. Working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays.
**What's required?**
- Ideally possess an Administration or IT qualification
- Background working in Engineering or Manufacturing preferred but not essential
- ERP business system experience beneficial
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Updating and reporting KPI's to operations team and senior management
- Liaising across multidisciplinary departments
- Update continuous improvement boards daily, weekly, monthly
- Produce production documentation and job cards
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Ability to effectively use a range of MS packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Able to work unsupervised

- Working with a friendly close knit team of professionals
- Working hours, Monday to Thursday 0830am - 5pm and Fridays 0830am to 1pm (early finish)
- Working 36.5 hours per week
- 33 days holiday
