Deputy Manager - Pre-school

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Foundation Stage Forum Ltd. As a key member of our pre-school management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery and providing exceptional care to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Pre-school Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursery
  2. Lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and challenging learning experiences

Requirements:

  1. NVQ level 3 Childcare or equivalent
  2. Safeguarding training
  3. Valid paediatric first aid
  4. Food hygiene certificate
  5. SENCO experience

Working Hours: Term time only, 20 hours per week

Location: Chilworth, Surrey
