Position Overview

Chief Technology Officer needed for a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. This innovative fintech firm has developed a platform that bridges the gap between entities seeking capital and the financial institutions ready to invest.

Company Background

Having recently secured additional funding, the company boasts a roster of prominent financial institutions as stakeholders, all eager to propel the business towards substantial expansion.

Role Responsibilities

The organization is looking to appoint its inaugural CTO, who will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the founders on all technical aspects to elevate the business to its next stage of development.

The immediate objective is to evaluate the current technology team's capabilities and implement necessary adjustments to prepare for a significantly increased development workload.

Long-Term Vision

In the longer term, the focus will shift towards enhancing the existing platform's functionality, enabling the company to offer a comprehensive product suite to its market.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic insight, practical experience, and strong people management skills. Given the company's current phase, the CTO will need to adopt a versatile approach, fulfilling various roles as required.

While experience in capital markets is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. Familiarity with developing client-facing applications and managing a data science team will be beneficial, as these areas are integral to the current team structure.
