We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Si Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, building strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders received by telephone or email and input order data into our electronic order system.
  • Build a strong link between our company and customers by answering queries, providing excellent customer service, and adapting your approach based on individual personalities and needs.
  • Liaise with customers over product quality, shortages, logistical delivery changes, and any other issues, and manage customer expectations.
  • Learn and understand our business to share with customers, giving them a greater understanding of our products and services, and maximising sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a helpful and patient way, working alongside the customer and our business requirements.
Person Specification:
  • A clear communicator on the phone and in writing.
  • A good understanding of Excel and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Experience gained in a similar role is essential.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with a 7.30am start, and flexible finish times to suit individual needs.
