  • Provide comprehensive support to the team in all aspects of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Manage client queries related to tax benefits, salary allowances, and other payroll-related matters.
  • Handle P11D submissions, Annual Returns, CIS Returns, and other statutory filings.
  • Process P60s, P45s, start letters, induction documentation, and auto-enrolment processes.
  • Act as a mentor and guide to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of statutory pay claims and relevant procedures.
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the firm's payroll services offering.
