About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Treatment and Recovery Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre runs efficiently, meeting high-quality care standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver compliant, high-quality care.
  • Ensure adherence to CQC standards and healthcare policies.
  • Implement best practices for top-tier service outcomes.
  • Manage the budget to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor contracts and report to stakeholders on time.
  • Promote openness and teamwork within the centre and with partners.
  • Align services with recovery-focused care principles.
  • Ensure care standards are met, addressing any gaps.
  • Continuously improve standards and policies.
  • Lead post-incident learning and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure staff maintain professional registration and skills.
  • Maintain adequate staffing and resources.
  • Oversee audits and ensure compliance.
  • Uphold safeguarding and equality standards per the Care Act.
Essential Qualities and Experience
  • You must be a registered practitioner with a current active registration.
  • 4 years minimum experience post registration in a clinical environment.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Lead on recruitment, selection, and team development.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and internal policies.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, ensuring high-quality service during out-of-hours operations.
  • Travel within the operational area as needed.
