**About the store**

Specsavers in Winsford first opened its doors over 15 years ago. Enjoying a prominent location in the Winsford Cross Shopping Centre which contains high street stores such as Wilko and B&M. A multi-million-pound development of Winsford town centre is in place for the near future creating better transport links and regenerating the shopping centre.

Due to an impressive refit two years ago, the store is in immaculate condition and now boasts 4 test rooms and a dedicated audiology room. They offer enhanced clinical services including pre and post cataract care, glaucoma testing and CUES.

A team of 18 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home. The current Partner has always been passionate about the development of the team, and as the new optometry Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.

Winsford is a town and civil parish in Cheshire, situated on the River Weaver. There is a beautiful marina within walking distance of the store where you will find bars and restaurants as well as canal boats and yachts sailing along the waterway.

There is free parking for directors and customers can make use of free parking for up to 3 hours. There are plenty of bus routes throughout the town and access to the M6 is less than 15 minutes away by car. Larger towns such as Northwich is 7 miles away and Chester is around 20 miles from Winsford.

**Requirements of the role**

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with the drive, passion and willingness to maintain the customer-focused culture and the high standards of this successful store. As the new Optometry Partner, you’ll be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the existing team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
