**About the Role**

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and rehabilitation to individuals with complex needs resulting from an Acquired Brain Injury. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
* Administer prescribed medications and ensure accurate recording of medication administration
* Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care
* Engage in continuous professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication

**Requirements**

* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
