Orion Electrotech is seeking a skilled PCB Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team for a temporary contract period of 3-6 months due to an increase in workload.



Visual Quality Assessment:
Conduct thorough visual assessments of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to verify compliance with established quality benchmarks. This includes evaluating solder connections, component placements, and overall craftsmanship.

Compliance Standards:
Ensure that all products conform to the IPC-A-610 standard, which outlines the acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies across classes 1, 2, and 3.

Documentation Review:
Analyze and interpret quality control policies, operational procedures, schematics, and other pertinent documentation to uphold consistency and adherence during the inspection process.

Incoming Material Inspection:
Assess the quality of materials upon arrival at the facility. This involves performing dimensional evaluations, surface finish inspections, and confirming assembly integrity.

Final Quality Check:
Execute a comprehensive final inspection prior to product shipment to ensure that all assembled PCBs fulfill the required quality specifications.
