Role Overview

COYA is a luxury lifestyle group with a presence in London and globally across the Middle East, Monaco, Paris, Barcelona, and Marbella. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pastry Chef de Partie at COYA, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Working closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
  • Developing and implementing new pastry recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for guests.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume venue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • High level of both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and motivate the team.
