Your Role:

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to manage the daily operations of our pastry department. Your responsibilities will include preparing and producing high-quality desserts and pastry items, maintaining the smooth running of the operation, and contributing to the development of new menu concepts.
