Job Title: Media Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Media Sales Representative to join our team at Resolve Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Media Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital and traditional out-of-home advertising space to local and direct agencies within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet quarterly sales targets.
- Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and prospects.
