About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Nurse to join our team on Ward 2, a 20-bedded Cardiology and General Medicine ward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the continuous development of the ward.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop care plans for patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including cardiac conditions.
- Implement and evaluate programmes of care, setting and monitoring standards as required.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the ward and advancement in patient-centred care.
Person Specification
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Relevant experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a Cardiology or General Medicine setting.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
