Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity

Smartcall Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team in a lovely Care Home.

The successful candidate will lead the nursing team and be responsible for delivering individual care plans, ensuring they meet the high clinical and compliance standards of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care, including planning, implementing, and evaluating care.

As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you will have good knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance. We will also accept applications from candidates who are in a senior nursing role and wish to step up.

The service welcomes applications from all General Nurses, Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses as full training and support will be given with your own designated mentor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the nursing team and delivering individual care plans
  • Deputising for the home manager and working with local healthcare groups and GPs
  • Accessing all the support and training needed, including working hours available for training and planning the training of nurses and care staff
  • Progressing to senior management and being part of the company long-term

For this role, you will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must also have a proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care.
