Position Overview:
This permanent role is ideal for an individual seeking to enhance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required within the department.
  • Maintain, analyze, and reconcile daily and monthly reports utilizing Excel, implementing necessary corrections or solutions.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily preparations efficiently in alignment with delivery schedules.
  • Ensure clear communication with the account management team to facilitate effective order processing and customer interactions.
  • Process all orders through Salesforce and ERP systems, managing any inquiries received through Salesforce inbound cases.
  • Create, analyze, and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel, addressing discrepancies as needed.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • A strong attention to detail and demonstrated administrative capabilities are crucial.
  • Familiarity with cost analysis is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and SAP are necessary for success in this position.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
