Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks as required within the department.
- Maintain, analyze, and reconcile daily and monthly reports utilizing Excel, implementing necessary corrections or solutions.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily preparations efficiently in alignment with delivery schedules.
- Ensure clear communication with the account management team to facilitate effective order processing and customer interactions.
- Process all orders through Salesforce and ERP systems, managing any inquiries received through Salesforce inbound cases.
- Create, analyze, and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel, addressing discrepancies as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
- A strong attention to detail and demonstrated administrative capabilities are crucial.
- Familiarity with cost analysis is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and SAP are necessary for success in this position.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
