Office Manager
Job Overview:
The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior management team and maintaining a well-organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Manage office operations, including answering phones, managing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Document Management: Maintain organized records, files, and databases, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support to Senior Management: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and senior management as required.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working with Our Team:
The Office Manager will build strong relationships with the Content Team, Technical Team, Senior Management Team, and Administration and Finance Team.
