Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our Decarbonisation Project in the social housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish, ensuring its successful delivery within the project constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules to monitor and report progress accurately.
  • Identify and implement quality expectations in the Quality Plan to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Implement statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for managing Health and Safety to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Secure and manage resources to deliver the project effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of the project, including support to customers/end-users throughout the handover process.
  • Establish a communications plan and agree accountabilities for team members.

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced Project Manager from a property services/construction background.
  • Experience of Decarbonisation Projects in the social housing sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
