Job Overview:

Fews is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Director to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including site management and quality control
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and resolve any issues that arise
  • Implement health and safety procedures on-site and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Health & Safety Accreditation
  • Proven experience as a Project Director or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D software for project design and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
