We are exclusively seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join a publicly listed organization with a global presence. You will be part of a high-performing team and collaborate closely with a distinguished Senior Management Team.

The ideal candidate for the Director of FP&A role will be a second mover from a professional services background, thriving in a dynamic, results-driven, and cooperative environment. You should possess the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across the organization.

Your communication and stakeholder management skills will be exemplary, enabling you to navigate a matrix organizational structure effectively.

Key Responsibilities - Director of FP&A:

· Act as the owner of the 'below the line' Profit and Loss statement and Cashflow. Collaborate with relevant finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of corporate Actuals, quarterly Forecasts, annual Budgets, and the 5-year Strategic Plan.

· Comprehend the implications of financial transactions on the corporate P&L, Cashflows, and Net Debt, including M&A activities, dividends, and share buybacks. Model various scenarios and their effects on key metrics, preparing overlays as necessary.

· Be a key contributor in the monthly Cash Calls with the CFO, presenting corporate elements in a clear and concise manner.

· Serve as the process owner for the broader Forecast, Budget, and 5-year Strategic Plans. You will assist in establishing corporate timelines and assumptions while liaising with FP&A teams across Business Units to ensure effective communication and swift resolution of any issues.

· For quarterly Forecasts, Budgets, and the 5-year Strategic Plans, support the wider FP&A team by providing analysis and insights into Business Unit financials, including horizontal bridges, boundary changes, and program performance. Challenge forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, offering valuable insights to the Senior Management Team.

· Provide financial support for ad hoc projects as required.
