About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Pareto. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Industry Research: Conduct thorough research on the hardware industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Management: Proactively manage warm leads, ensuring that customers remain engaged and return for repeat business.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including broker websites and LinkedIn, to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
  • Mentorship: Benefit from the guidance and support of senior team members as you grow and develop within the business.

Requirements
