Job Title: Senior Paid Media Manager
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
As a Senior Paid Media Manager at In Technology Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative paid media strategies across various platforms to drive growth and maximize ROI. You will lead a team of paid media specialists and collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists to ensure high-quality work and meet project deadlines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PPC, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools to drive campaign success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency.
- Proven success in managing paid media campaigns and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
