Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants across the resort.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational plans, ensuring that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team, and that team members are in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand.
You will support and coach the team to deliver exceptional service, driving key targets such as add-on sales or promotions, while maintaining high operational standards and guest experience.
This role requires flexibility, as you will be working a 5-day week over 7 days.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced leader from within an F&B environment who can support the team to deliver fantastic service. You will have a proven track record of training and coaching teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver an excellent experience.
You should have previous experience in leading within a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is essential.
You will be confident in directing and responding in any situation, while delivering consistent brand standards.
