About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and quick service restaurants across the resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Coach and train staff to improve performance and skills
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
