Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Biomarker Assays: Design, develop, and validate genetic and genomic biomarker assays, including RT-qPCR, ddPCR, DNAseq, and RNAseq for clinical studies.
  2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Generate, QC, and analyze data to enable proof of mechanism, dose selection, and proof of biology across early clinical programs.
  3. RNAseq Data Analysis: Conduct large RNAseq data analysis focusing on differential gene expression profiles.
  4. Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with outsourcing functions to evaluate new CROs and new modalities that support genetic and genomic biomarker activities in clinical studies.
  5. Compliance and Quality: Conduct activities according to the appropriate SOPs and guidelines in compliance with our quality expectations and values.
  6. Knowledge Sharing: Network internally and externally to expand scientific and technical knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: PhD degree in Biology, Immunology, or Cell biology required, plus 3 years of relevant professional experience (including post-doctoral work) desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in PCR-based assays development (e.g. qPCR, ddPCR) and related software analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in RNAseq data analysis focusing on differential gene expression analysis.
  • Industry Experience: Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is preferred, particularly in clinical biomarker development and bioanalytical assays for genetic and genomic biomarkers.
What We Offer

We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve. We offer a range of benefits and rewards to support your personal and professional growth.
