Job Description
As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to end-users, taking ownership of IT tickets to find resolutions for customers. The company invests heavily in employee training and development, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 29 days annual leave, company pension, and ongoing on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong experience with Active Directory, MS Windows 10, 11, and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with end-users and resolve IT issues.
- Experience with Windows Group Policy to create and apply user groups and permissions would be highly advantageous.
- Ownership and responsibility of IT tickets, including all communications and resolution.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer software, hardware, networks, mobile devices, and printers.
