Are you knowledgeable in the realm of commercial insurance claims? We present an excellent opportunity for a seasoned claims adjuster.
About the Role:
Our dedicated team conducts thorough site evaluations to assess, validate, and manage commercial claims. We take a proactive approach in investigating and negotiating claims in line with established competency levels.
The primary focus of this role is to support our clients and various stakeholders involved in a claim while effectively managing indemnity expenditures. This is achieved through collaboration with the broader Commercial Property framework at Aviva.
Frequent travel may be necessary, including visits to our office as required.
Skills and Experience We Are Seeking:
- Strong technical expertise and experience in commercial insurance claims.
- Proven track record in a customer-centric environment, addressing client needs with professionalism and integrity, complemented by outstanding communication skills.
- Understanding of property construction and familiarity with flood/fire damage management principles, health and safety regulations, and relevant legislation.
- Proficient in IT and capable of adapting to new technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
