Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced TPA Team Leader / Claims Adjuster to join our team at Claims Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a multi-class DA Claims team and working as an EL/PL Claims Adjuster, handling claims from first notification of loss to settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Day-to-day management of a multi-class DA Claims team, including implementation and adherence of efficient DA claims handling policies, procedures, and controls.
- Claims Handling: Receiving and triaging first notification of loss, liaising with brokers and underwriters, appointing surveyors, lawyers, and other experts to progress claims within a delegated authority.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monthly production of financial and KPI reporting, attending client service meetings, and providing trend analysis.
- Client Onboarding: Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition of claims handling.
- Expert Management: Managing experts to ensure adherence to the agreed scope of works, obtaining and agreeing a pricing structure and estimate of fees.
- Litigation Management: Litigation management and actively marketing the TPA offering to existing and new business contacts.
Requirements:
- Experience: Significant experience as both a Claims Adjuster (handling EL/PL, General Liability or Casualty Claims) and a Delegated Authority Claims Team Leader / Supervisor.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
