Candidate Qualities:
  • Patience and Resilience: You'll need to stay calm and composed in challenging situations, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Energetic and Active: The role requires physical engagement with students, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Experience with SEMH and SEN: Ideally, candidates will have experience supporting children with SEMH or other additional needs in a school or care setting.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Driver Preferred: As the school is in a rural location, having your own transport would be ideal.
