- Experience with SEMH and SEN: Ideally, candidates will have experience supporting children with SEMH or other additional needs in a school or care setting.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Driver Preferred: As the school is in a rural location, having your own transport would be ideal.
