About the Role

The Education Support Officer will be an integral part of the Postgraduate Studies team in our Education and Training division. This team works in partnership with University College London (UCL) as the awarding body for our postgraduate programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Operations in undertaking administrative tasks and projects.
  • Provide committee servicing for Postgraduate Studies groups and secretarial support for the Head of Postgraduate Studies.
  • Aid the delivery of programme administration, including teaching and learning activities, assessment and feedback processes, and data entry.
  • Support Divisional level activities, such as staff recruitment, minute-taking, and administrative support for the Education and Training Leadership team.
