Job Title: Welfare Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and organized professional to join our team as a Welfare Officer at Hollr Education Limited. The successful candidate will provide care and support to students, manage first aid provisions, and develop health care plans to ensure the wellbeing of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Care: Provide care and support to students who are sick, injured, or distressed in the medical room.
  • First Aid Management: Manage first aid provisions, including risk assessments, accident reporting, and maintaining first aid supplies.
  • Health Care Planning: Develop and maintain health care plans for students to ensure their wellbeing.
  • Student Support: Offer personalized support and advice to students on various wellbeing issues, including mental health and relationships.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of school events, trips, and charitable activities.

Safeguarding Statement:
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Working Arrangements: This is a term-time position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with our team to provide a high level of care and support to our students.
