About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at ITS Construction Professionals South. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of traditional build housing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a strong health and safety culture on site
  • Coordinate health and safety plans and risk assessments
  • Monitor and report on site activities and progress
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff and subcontractors
  • Actively promote a culture of safety, quality, and innovation
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager in the housebuilding industry
  • SMSTS/SSSTS qualification desirable but not essential
  • CSCS Card required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
