Executive Assistant to Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Country Inns, a family-run pub group with a reputation for excellence in food, drinks, and service.
About the Role
- Assist the Manager in driving business success and achieving goals
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor room occupancy, create offers, and promote room sales to increase revenue
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, including fire risk audits
- Employ the 'Best for Business' ethos, leading by example with a hands-on approach to training and development
