Assistant to Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and other members of the team
  • Assist with the recruitment and development of new team members
  • Monitor room occupancy and booking rates, and create offers and promotions to increase room sales
  • Work alongside the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are of an excellent and consistent standard
  • Assist with monitoring and managing all communication and social media
  • Ensure that health and safety standards are maintained
