Assistant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Talent Finder Jobs.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pub group.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, including fire risk audits.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the business.
