Job Title: IT Service Desk Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Desk Support Technician to join our team at HCLTech. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 remote desktop support and troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate support specialists.
  • Perform user account management activities, including user account creation and provisioning.
  • Administer and provide knowledge transfer of Service Desk operations.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of Service desk, voice customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
  • Preferred MCP/MSCE/MSCA or HDI CSS or Cisco certification.
  • ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3, especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
