Job Title: Behavioural Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to provide one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, Behavioural and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement behaviour management strategies to help students improve their behaviour and self-regulation.

* Provide one-on-one and group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom.

* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to create and implement individual behaviour plans.

* Attend training sessions and professional development to enhance your skills.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working with young people with SEN and managing challenging behaviour is highly desirable.

* Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of students with SEN.

* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willing to apply.
