About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Realise Recruitment. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new business accounts across the UK, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new business accounts, with a focus on growing sales revenue
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing products/services
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop tailored sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures, with a focus on customer relationship management

  • A competitive salary, with a starting basic salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience
