Internal Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team at Realise Recruitment. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new business accounts across the UK, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new business accounts, with a focus on driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a focus on account management and business development.
