We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Realise Recruitment. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new business accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new business accounts, with a focus on driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
