Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales lead who is ready for a Channel Lead/Controller role to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of channel growth plans in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the channel P&L as if it were your own
  • Develop and execute channel growth plans
  • Manage a variety of tasks while keeping close to the details and numbers
  • Collaborate with a collaborative group of likeable, diverse, and nurturing colleagues

Requirements

  • Significant commercial experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Purchasing
  • Significant experience of UK grocery or High Street account management within the FMCG market place
  • Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication/presentation skills and analytical abilities
  • Excellent account management, organisation, and planning skills
