Children's Home Manager with Learning Disabilities Expertise

Corus Consultancy is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home with Learning Disabilities (LD) needs. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the Home, providing high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their independence, and ensuring they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Home's operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child is at the heart of everyday practice.
- Lead from the front, setting excellent expectations for staff and young people alike, and model a home culture that supports this.
- Develop and train staff to the highest standard, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately.
- Register with Ofsted, meeting the necessary requirements for the role.
- Proven experience in running children's homes with LD needs.
- Firm but fair approach to management.
- Passion for providing high-quality care to young people and developing staff.
- Ability to lead from the front and model excellent practice.
