Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children with epilepsy, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on epilepsy care and management, including medication and treatment options.
- Conduct nurse-led clinics and provide responsive support to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals through telephone consultations and home visits.
- Collaborate with the wider community nursing team to support children with complex medical conditions.
- Develop and deliver training for healthcare professionals and families on epilepsy care and management.

- Current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
